Administrative/Clerical/Computational Work
This work environment applies to employees who perform administrative duties, even if other department employees work in a different setting (e.g. Office of Information Technology (OIT), administrative staff working for a principal investigator).

This work environment applies to employees who perform non-administrative activities in the Costume Shop, Studio Arts, and Production areas.

Campus Support Services
This work environment applies to employees who perform a variety of non-administrative activities that could include manual material handling, lifting, pulling, frequent standing or walking, or outdoor field activities. (e.g. Police, Transportation Services, Bookstore, Bren Events Center, Student Center, Scheduling and Events Services, Child Care Services, Athletics and Campus Recreation)

Laboratory/Research/Clinical
This work environment applies to employees who perform activities inside a laboratory working with chemicals, biological materials, animals and radioactive materials. For employees who ONLY perform administrative activities in a lab please refer to Administrative/Clerical work environment.
Maintenance/Skilled Trades
This work environment applies to employees who perform maintenance, custodial, grounds, outdoor field work, or other skilled trade activities (i.e. Facilities Management, Student Housing Grounds and Maintenance, other department maintenance staff).
