After you complete your Physical Assessment Self-Evaluation Checklist and you determine that your area needs plexi-glass or other barriers installed and you would like to determine if the barriers are appropriate, or request a more comprehensive evaluation of your workspace, please complete the EHS plexi-glass/barrier form and submit to EHS. If you have questions or need additional assistance please contact EHS at safety@uci.edu.

Capital Planning worked with an outside consultant to develop guidelines for evaluating classrooms. This can also be applied for evaluation of other classrooms, conference rooms, computer labs, or other areas.
